At OLO, safety is not a poster on a wall — it is a protected reporting process. Every safety report and incident receives direct review. Safety findings never compete with revenue pressure, and concerns can be raised without obstruction.
What that looks like in practice:
- Driver standards that meet or exceed FMCSA requirements — drug and alcohol consortium, background checks, MVR and Clearinghouse screening, and full driver qualification files on every driver
- ELDs and dual-facing cameras installed across the fleet
- Documented pre-trip and post-trip inspections every operating day
- Preventive maintenance tracked and performed by a dedicated diesel shop
- Severe-weather protocol that puts driver safety above every schedule
- A clean operating record under our own authority — and a company structured to keep it that way
