Safety

Safety is structural here.

At OLO, safety is not a poster on a wall — it is a reporting line. Every safety report and incident goes directly to the CEO. Safety findings never compete with revenue pressure, and they never get filtered through middle management.

What that looks like in practice:

  • Driver standards that meet or exceed FMCSA requirements — drug and alcohol consortium, background checks, MVR and Clearinghouse screening, and full driver qualification files on every driver
  • ELDs and dual-facing cameras installed across the fleet
  • Documented pre-trip and post-trip inspections every operating day
  • Preventive maintenance tracked and performed by a dedicated diesel shop
  • Severe-weather protocol that puts driver safety above every schedule
  • A clean operating record under our own authority — and a company structured to keep it that way
