About

Disciplined logistics.
Built for the long term.

The Company

On-Time Logistics Operations, Inc. (OLO) is a veteran-owned transportation company headquartered in Kernersville, North Carolina, operating under its own motor carrier authority across the lower 48 states. The company runs an integrated model: company equipment and professional employee drivers alongside a leased-on owner-operator program, serving truckload, dedicated, and final-mile freight.

Leadership

OLO is led by Founder & CEO Edward Caldwell, whose 23-year U.S. Army career spanned defense acquisitions — procurement, source selection, and contract administration at the program-executive level — and large-scale vehicle and personnel operations worldwide. That background defines the company's operating philosophy: documented systems, measurable standards, and accountability engineered into the structure rather than added after the fact.

How OLO Operates

The company runs on a formal management system: comprehensive driver qualification and safety compliance programs, telematics and dual-facing cameras across the fleet, scheduled preventive maintenance, disciplined financial controls, and phase-gated growth — each expansion funded by the performance of the last. Corporate governance is supported by outside counsel and a developing advisory board spanning legal, accounting, and logistics operations.

Positioned for What's Next

OLO's Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certification is in progress, positioning the company for both commercial and government freight programs. The company is structured for permanence — conservative capitalization, deliberate expansion, and customer relationships measured in years, not loads.
