OLO's lease-on program puts qualified owner-operators under an established authority with professional dispatch behind them. Tractor-trailer, hotshot and box truck setups all run here — CDL or non-CDL, depending on your weight class. Percentage pay, documented expectations, and an operation disciplined enough to keep you loaded.
Setups we lease on
CDL-A. Dry van and flatbed freight across the lower 48.
Pickup with a gooseneck or flatbed trailer. Expedited and partial loads; non-CDL if the combination stays under 26,001 lbs GVWR.
CDL-B or non-CDL depending on weight. Regional freight and final-mile work.

What you bring
- Your truck — tractor-trailer, hotshot (pickup + gooseneck or flatbed), or box truck — year 2015 or newer and passing OLO inspection
- CDL-A or CDL-B with 1 year verifiable experience, or a standard non-CDL license for setups under 26,001 lbs GVWR
- Clean MVR and, for CDL holders, a clear Clearinghouse record
- Current DOT medical certificate where the setup requires one
Percentage tiers
Where you land in the 75%–80% range depends on what you bring to the table — verifiable experience, equipment condition, and endorsements. Top of range is earned, not negotiated.
